Gresham shooting draws heavy police, medical units newsbhunt

GRESHAM, Ore. — Multiple police and medical units are at the site of a shooting in Gresham Sunday evening.

At Northeast 165th Avenue and Northeast Glisan Street, police responded to an “unwanted person” call around 4 p.m., and shots were reportedly fired.

“It appears that officers are on scene making sure everyone that needs medical assistance gets it,” Gresham Police Department told KGW.

At least one person was injured, but there may be more victims, police said. KGW has reached out and is on the scene for more information.

Police said there is no danger to the public.
