Heavy rain overnight has caused street flooding in New Orleans.The Sewerage and Water Board reports it lost power to Turbine 4 Saturday morning. DPS 12 – servicing Broadmoor is also offline. In addition, the utility reports that DPS 6, which services Lakeview, Mid-City and parts of Jefferson Parish and DPS 1, which services Broadmoor, are running at a diminished capacity.
