Wednesday night, New Orleans police were called out to two separate shootings, blocks apart on Canal Street.Both shootings were called in just before 8 p.m.The incident on Canal and Carondelet streets left one person dead. This scene was near the CVS pharmacy. The other incident on Canal and South Galvez streets left one person dead and another injured.We are working to get more information on both shootings.
